Kijito Wind Power Limited (KWPL) is based in Thika, (Kiambu County) a city located 40km North East of Nairobi. Our turn off The Thika Super Highway is on the left 4kms past Juja town. It is EXIT 16 and marked MANGU HIGH SCHOOL. You then take the first murram road to the left Before reaching MANGU HIGH SCHOOL. There are usually a lot of Boda Bodas there as well as Stone Lorries looking for business. We are 7kms along that murram road. Our gate on the left is marked Bobs Harries Limited, Karamaini Estate.
It is the historic location of the company where we have been manufacturing the Kijito Wind pumps since 1979.
We have also a manufacturing facility in Somaliland which is managed by our local partner .
